Since launching TBM Locker Room in 2017, our original online training platform has helped countless runners stay injury-free and improve their performance. However, as technology advanced, the platform began to feel outdated—slow, clunky, and less intuitive to navigate. Over time, it became clear that a fresh approach was needed to provide athletes with a more seamless and engaging experience.

At the start of 2025, we launched our brand-new training platform, www.streek.run, which was custom-built for runners based on valuable feedback from our members. There are many great features, but here are some of the highlights:

  • Training Plans – Our new, custom training plan functionality is designed to make it easy for you to do the training plan on the go and track your progress.
  • Workout Videos – We now have whole single-format workout videos so you can complete a workout from start to finish with no scrolling required.
  • Improved Search – Our new search bar makes it easier to find what you are after.
  • Faster Performance – We’ve made the website much faster.
  • All devices – Streek works seamlessly on all devices such as your phone, so you can train anywhere and on any device.
  • Downloadable – You can now download Streek to your phone, tablet, or computer for quick access to your training plans and more.
  • Continuous Improvements – Our new system allows us to add updates more easily, so be sure to share your feedback and stay tuned for future improvements!

How to switch your membership from the old TBM Locker Room site to our new Streek site? 

If you are currently an annual member or monthly member of TBM Locker Room and you would like to change your membership to Streek you need to follow this simple process. It should take less than 5 minutes.

  1. Check out the training plans which are currently on Streek and make sure the training plans you want to follow are there (I am in the process of adding more specific race plans, all of the other plans are on Streek already)
  2. Join Streek as either a monthly member ($29/month) or annual member ($199/year)
  3. Cancel your TBM Locker Room membership (log in, hold your mouse over the “dashboard” button and click on “Account”
  4. Email me, Mark Green, on mark@streek.run telling me you have changed your membership over and I will refund whatever is remaining from your most recent Locker Room payment.
